There will be three one-hour class sessions. This includes an intake form and a follow-up Zoom meeting prior to the first session to discuss (approximately 30-45 minutes). Travel to a home within an approved radius may be included in the package purchase. All 3-sessions must be used within 60 days of purchase.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
I have notified Lisa J. Haskins of any of the following: Any health risks, Pregnant, cardiovascular problems, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, history of seizures, stroke, major psychiatric conditions, recent surgery, or epilepsy.
WAIVER: I engage in this experience willingly and take full responsibility for my own physical, mental and emotional experiences during and after the session.
I hereby agree to full release and hold harmless Lisa Jean Haskins, LLC d/b/a Lisa Jean Haskins Yoga and Lisa Jean from any and all results, claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature that arise during, from, or in connection with the therapeutic Yoga sessions. I waive all rights under law regarding the same. I agree to sign and initial a waiver prior to the first session.
SET & SETTING:
I have a quiet space with a chair and a yoga mat. My space is uncluttered and clean.
PAYMENT:
I have sent payment prior to the first session to Lisa J. Haskins Yoga via the Stripe link.
I understand there are no cancellations, refunds, transfers or exchanges for these sessions.
