The layers of stress and conditioning can keep us stuck in the same habitual ways of coping. It is possible to allow space for ourselves and come into a felt sense of stability and grounding in the body, of steadiness to the mind, and allow for depth to the breath.

 This can support us in reconnecting with our inner wisdom that knows deeply what is needed: body, mind, and spirit. We can cultivate the dedication to our own well-being. We can cut through all the noise, all the distractions, all the negative stories that are layered on and focus on filling a cup that may be empty. We can learn to catch our breath.

This requires a commitment to ourselves. A dedication and discipline to healing that can only come from within you.
